Dispatch time
- In stock – order by 9:00 on a working day and we'll ship the same day (once payment is received). Delivery in Poland is usually the next working day.
- Made to order – usually ships in 2–4 working days. You'll see the lead time on every product.

Free delivery does not apply to oversized shipments or deliveries outside Poland. We ship within Poland and to all EU countries. Minimum order value: 85 PLN.
Personal collection
ul. Borowa 44, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna, Pn–Pt 8:00–16:00. We'll let you know by email or phone when your order is ready for collection. You can also book fitting at the ServiceMile workshop on site.
Payments
- Online payment – card, BLIK, bank transfer – Fast payment via Paynow (mBank). We process your order as soon as it's paid.
- Bank transfer – We'll send the bank details in the order confirmation. We ship once payment is received.
Online payments (BLIK, instant transfer, card) are processed by Paynow – mBank S.A.
Cash on delivery is available only in Poland and only for parts in stock. With a bank transfer we ship once the payment has been received.
VAT invoice
We issue a receipt or invoice for every order. If you need a company invoice, tick the option at checkout and enter your VAT number.
